Afternoon Tea gift vouchers are for use exclusively in payment for Afternoon Tea at Petit Delight, Sea View Street, Cleethorpes. Please bring the gift voucher with you on the day. Voucher valid for the Afternoon Tea only, all additional food and drinks will be subject to additional charges. The voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of issue. Petit Delight regrets that the voucher cannot be refunded, exchanged for cash or replaced if lost.

Each Gift Voucher sold is subject to terms and conditions of use.
If ordered by phone we shall be responsible for issuing, posting first class (or special delivery if requested and payed for) and performing any other terms set out in the Confirmation. The Gift Voucher should be issued and posted within three (3) days of sending out the Confirmation, although you must bear in mind that during busy holiday periods it might take longer. We accept no liability for any delay which may occur in the delivery times.
All vouchers are to be redeemed at Petit Delight only.
All postage of vouchers is to UK addresses only.
All vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of sale. Vouchers not used within this time will be forfeited with no entitlement to refund or exchange.
All vouchers must be booked in advance.
Reservations are subject to availability, at our discretion. Please call the telephone number specified on the voucher to make your reservation.
Purchase of a voucher is not a guarantee of a reservation.
Vouchers can be used as full or part payment on goods and services at Petit Delight. Purchases made with vouchers are not refundable in cash.
Vouchers are not transferable, refundable in cash or replaceable if lost, destroyed or stolen.
Vouchers must be presented by the bearer on arrival at Petit Delight and must be mentioned when booking.
Vouchers can be exchanged for goods and services up to the value of that voucher.
Vouchers can only be used for a single transaction; any remaining amount is not exchangeable for cash or another voucher and will be automatically forfeited.
Petit Delight reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.

For the avoidance of doubt, the term ‘voucher’ as used in these terms and conditions refers only to vouchers purchased directly from Petit Delight and include £10, £20, £40 and Afternoon Tea vouchers.
Should you be unhappy with your vouchers, please return them to us within seven days of receipt and we will provide a full refund.
To request a refund, please call 01472 238176 to report the problem and then post the vouchers to Petit Delight Vouchers, 28 Sea View street, Cleethorpes, North East Lincolnshire, DN35 8EZ.
The refund would be made to the card used for payment and for the full amount stated, including the postage and packaging.
It is your responsibility to check your bill and change if given, before you leave our brasserie has we cannot give you a refund if you have left the premises.
Guest cancellations of monetary voucher bookings are subject to the cancellation policy of that restaurant; guests may be charged a cancellation fee. Where a voucher has not been used due to the cancellation of a booking, the voucher remains valid until used or expired.
In the unlikely event a booking is cancelled by the company the voucher shall remain valid and the company will make every endeavor to rebook the day at a mutually convenient time within the next 2 months. Where a booking cannot be re-arranged the voucher can be used in exchange for goods and services up to the face value of the voucher at Petit Delight (subject to voucher expiry and reservation at the restaurant).
The company cannot be held liable for any travel or accommodation costs in relation to a cancellation and vouchers that are not rebooked or exchanges for goods and service shall be forfeited.
